  • The reason for your return.

Prepare Your Return

Place the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Our carrier will schedule a pickup at your preferred date and time, delivering it directly to the designated return address.

Return Processing & Refunds

Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and review. Upon approval, you will receive an email confirmation, and your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days.

Please note:

  • Damaged jewelry is not eligible for a refund.

  • Custom-made

  • or personalized pieces (including engraved items) cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Jewelry must not be worn, used, or show any signs of wear. Our experts will carefully examine each returned piece to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • The item must not have undergone professional cleaning or any form of alteration. Any attempt at manipulation will not be accepted if our specialists determine that modifications have been made by the client.

  •  To exchange your gift or request a refund for the purchaser, simply follow the instructions provided with your package.

As each jewelry piece carries a unique engraving number, we are required to issue a new invoice, making a new payment necessary for the exchange.
